Return conditions: returned goods must be unused, unopened if originally sealed, in the same condition as received and with all original packaging and seals intact. If the product packaging has been opened and the product cannot be returned for hygiene or other legal reasons, return may be refused in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable EU consumer law and our Returns Policy (see Returns & Refunds section on the Website).

Note: some products or categories may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law (e.g. custom-made items, sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed). Any such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Where any processor transfers data outside the EEA, we will put in place appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) or rely on an adequate decision where applicable; details are available in the Privacy Policy.
